Owner, Connor Derstine, started in the arborculture industry while working summers for a tree service in highschool. He continued this work for different companies through his time in college and thereafter, all while increasing his tree service skillset and knowledge. He grew to love working outdoors, interacting with new clients, and the various complexities that each tree job offered. With the goal of running his own tree service, Connor graduated with an accounting degree from Liberty University and obtained his CPA license. Having an understanding of both the business numbers and the necessary tree knowledge helps Derstine Tree Service ensure they are providing their customers with accurate and fair prices.
